Test mode
What is shared and what is not
Exactly which parts of your brand test mode copies.
The short version: your identity is shared, your business is not.
Shared
| Your sign-in | The same email and password. You do not have a second account. |
| Your brand name | Changing it changes it in both. |
| Your page address | The /o/your-brand part is the same; test mode adds /test in front. |
| Who can access the brand | The same owner and coaches. |
Separate
| Services | |
| Sessions and terms | |
| Clients | |
| Bookings | |
| Payments and refunds | |
| Your public page content | |
| Where your money goes | See Payments in test mode. |
Nothing crosses between the two. A client you add in test mode will never show up in your real client list, a test booking never appears in your real calendar, and a test payment is never part of what you are owed.
What test mode does not do
- It does not send anything. Test mode sends no email to anyone.
- Players cannot sign in on a test page. Test bookings are guest bookings only, so nothing you do in test mode can attach itself to a real person's booking history.
- It is not a preview of your live page. It shows your test data, not your real sessions. To check how your real page looks, open your real page.
