Arvald for coaches
Set up your brand, put your court time online, and get paid when players book.
Arvald takes the court time you already hold and turns it into something players can book and pay for. You keep booking courts the way you do now, at your club, council or hall. Arvald handles the part that comes after: showing the slot, taking the payment, and telling you who is coming.
How the pieces fit together
Five things make up almost everything you will do in the dashboard.
Your brand is the top of the tree. It holds your public booking page, your services, your sessions and your clients. Most coaches have one. If you run a squad programme alongside your private lessons, you can have several, and switch between them from the menu in the top left.
A service is what you sell: a private lesson, a group clinic, a one-off event. It carries the title, the price, how many players fit, and the cancellation terms.
A location is a venue you coach at, saved once with an address and reused. A location is the place, not the court: which courts you booked goes on the session, because that changes week to week.
A session is one specific time a service runs, at one location, on specific courts. This is the part worth reading twice: a session means you hold those courts at that time, not that you happen to be free. Arvald does not book or release courts for you.
A booking is a player taking a spot in a session. They pay upfront by card online, or you record the payment yourself if they paid you in cash or by bank transfer.
Where to start
If you are setting up for the first time, work through Get started. It goes from signing up to a session players can actually book, and takes about fifteen minutes.
If you are already set up and want to understand one area, the sidebar is grouped the same way the dashboard is: services and pricing, sessions, locations, bookings and clients, payments, your booking page.
