Create a session
The steps of the new session wizard, and what each one asks for.
Sessions in the sidebar, then New session. The wizard is four steps, or five when you are creating a whole term rather than a single session.
1. What are you running?
Pick the service this session runs off. The list shows each service with its type, capacity and price so you can tell two similar ones apart.
If the service does not exist yet, choose Create a new service and define it here without leaving the wizard. You will be asked for the type, title, capacity, how spots fill, and buyout if it is a shared session. It is a real service afterwards, available for every future session.
2. Pricing
Confirm how the session is charged: per session, or per person, and the amount.
3. When and where
How often. Just once, repeat weekly, or pick dates. The last two create a term: a group of sessions run as one program, which adds a fifth step where you check and adjust the dates. See Terms and repeating sessions.
Date, start and end. Times are interpreted in the session's time zone, which is shown under the fields so there is no ambiguity about what "18:00" means. For a repeating term this is the first session, and every session in the term uses the same zone.
Court. Guaranteed if you have secured the court, not guaranteed if it is still to be confirmed.
Location. The venue, picked from your saved locations rather than typed. If the service has a default location it is already selected. If the venue is new, choose Create a new location, fill in the name and address, and it is saved for next time.
Court numbers. Which courts you booked at that venue, for example "Court 2, 5 and 6". Free text, so several courts are fine, and so is "Court A". Optional, but it is what stops a player wandering the wrong end of the club.
4. The dates (terms only)
Every session the term will create, as a list you can edit. Change a time, put one week on a different court, remove the weeks you are not running, or add an extra date. Nothing here has to stay regular, which is the point: see Terms and repeating sessions.
Below the list, choose how players buy it: week by week, at the service's price, or the whole term as one purchase, in which case you also set the term's price here. Selling the whole term stops the individual weeks being bookable on their own, so it is a decision worth making deliberately.
For a single session there is no such step, and you go straight to the review.
5. Review
Check it and create. The session, or every session in the term, appears on your booking page immediately.
What you cannot do here
Capacity, a custom price and a policy override are all edit-only. If this session needs any of them, create it and then edit it. See Edit or cancel a session.
Booking cutoffs, cancel-by deadlines and visibility are not settable anywhere in the dashboard today. See How sessions work.
