Your booking page
Write the page players land on, and share the link that is your whole distribution.
Your booking page lives at arvald.com/o/your-slug. It shows who you are, what you offer and
which sessions are open, and it is where every booking starts.
Edit it under Public page in the sidebar. Use View live page at the top right to see exactly what a player sees.
The link is the distribution
In this version there is no coach directory and no player-facing search. Nobody is going to stumble across your page. The link is how players find you, so put it where your players already are: your Instagram bio, your email signature, the club noticeboard, the group chat.
That also means the page has to do the work of a first impression on its own, because most people arriving already half know who you are and are deciding whether to book.
Profile
Headline. One line under your name. Up to 120 characters. This is the highest-value text on the page, so say what you actually do rather than what you are: "Junior development and adult group clinics, Tali" beats "Passionate tennis coach".
Short bio. Up to 280 characters, shown up front. Enough for someone to decide.
Long bio. Up to 5000 characters, for the people who want the detail: your background, how you coach, who you work best with.
Location. Where you coach, up to 120 characters.
Languages. Up to 12, each up to 40 characters. Genuinely useful in a city where players are choosing partly on whether they can be coached in their own language.
Credentials. Up to 12, each up to 80 characters. Certifications, playing history, affiliations.
The about page
Your long bio also gets its own page at arvald.com/o/your-slug/about, so you can link straight to
the detail when someone asks about your background.
What players do there
They see your profile, your photos, and the sessions that are open, each with its price and capacity, and its cancellation terms if you have set a policy. They pick one and book. See How players pay.
